More about me
I’m a storyteller, marketer, and award-winning podcast producer based in New York City. I enjoy working at the intersection of production, development, strategy, editorial, audience growth, and live events.

With 15+ years experience across the media, nonprofit, and production industries, I’ve had the privilege of working across various creative production sectors, such as music, theater, events, nonprofits and more recently in podcasts.

Over the past five years, as the Audience Growth Director of Out There, I have increased listenership by 62% and developed partnerships with organizations like Sierra Club to boost our engagement. I also freelance with the podcast marketing agency Podglomerate, on shows like The Boston Globe Love Letters, National Park After Dark, No Small Endeavor and Totally Booked with Zibby Owens. And was a former producer at Campside Media, where I worked on several multi-part investigative series with our distribution partners Sony, Wondery and Tenderfoot TV. Including the narrative chart topping series Devil in the Ditch (Sony) and Suspect Season 2 (Wondery).

I produced stories that have been featured on Out There, Following Harriet, Duolingo, and Foreign Policy/Doha Debates. My stories have received recognition, winning awards for best podcast and social justice reporting from the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ), and for best narrative independent podcast from Public Media Journalists Association (PMJA).

I even created audio strategies for brands looking to develop podcasts and build audio networks with FRQNCY Media. In fact, I unexpectedly entered the world of podcasting by way of creating a content strategy that included developing an interview style podcast for a music nonprofit - where I first fell in love with the medium. Through a mix of content-rich audio, video and social strategies I was able to attract a distribution deal for this same music nonprofit, which they were happy to sign. And can do the same for any other brand, nonprofit or organization looking to develop their own podcast.

I like to take an audience-first approach to my creative work, aligning it with your long term goals and visions, to build a strategy that will help draw in the right mix of partnerships and collaborations that foster growth and engagement.

I also love sharing my knowledge with others and am a collaborative team player who serves as a mentor and group lead for AIR’s (Association of Independents in Radio) New Voices Amplify! annual spring 2024 and 2025 cohorts, and currently a SoundPath Marketing & Pitch mentor.

I’m interested in exploring additional production and editorial roles for narrative, documentary, oral history and fictional shows, as well as voicing characters or audiobooks. As a storyteller and first-generation immigrant, I enjoy working on inter-generational stories at the intersection of culture and society - and how we choose to live and expand our lives beyond those cultural connections. Including projects that are connected to the preservation of personal and family memories. I'm also passionate about working on a music history or music deep-dive project.

As well as open to working with other independents to grow and leverage their shows to reach wider audiences - whether that be via marketing growth, guesting on other shows, or live event services. I love helping independents build community and connection around their show.

If you have a project you’d like to collaborate on, please feel free to reach out!
