More about me
I am an aspiring live sound engineer and film sound designer, currently attending graduate school to learn and expand on my endeavors in sound at Northwestern University in their MA in Sound Arts and Industries program in Evanston, Illinois. My focus primarily resides on not only capturing great sounds, but creating a world, painting a soundscape, and pushing past the barrier of visual narratives.

With live sound, I have 4+ years as a stagehand and sound technician through the University of Minnesota-Morris's student center tech crew, programming and operating the Yamaha LS9, setting up and striking the stage, running spotlights, etc for professional and student organized performances. As an intern at Evanston SPACE, I am learning the AVID Venue and signal flow. Through 2112 Chicago, I am learning stagehand operations and observing the Digico SD12 with Ayre Productions.

Currently, I have had the privilege to be the sound recordist on multiple student films as well as the designer through Studio 22 Production and as an independent freelancer throughout the Midwest.
