I wandered into the world of public radio after crash landing in college radio, creating a bunch of strangely specific shows and playlists. This led me to an internship with NPR Music doing a variety of social media projects and live production assistance. Following this I created a couple of sound portraits/postcards for my series called Cooties.
I ended up in Boston after college and shaped an audio series on behalf of Smithsonian Folkways for the radio program The World. In this project I reported, produced, and edited these segments and became a general producer afterwards.
I'm always looking to improve sound design as well as work on more narrative and essay styled pieces. Right now, I am a new producer for The Record at KUOW!
