More about me
I'm an experienced multimedia journalist based in Washington, D.C., currently working as an editor and reporter at WAMU 88.5. I'm passionate about reporting on diverse communities, crafting good stories and working in a mission-driven organization.

I previously worked at AJ+ as a senior social engagement producer, in post-revolution Cairo, Egypt, as a freelancer and media trainer, and in Orlando, Fla. as a general assignment reporter with local NPR affiliate WMFE.

I love audio journalism, engaging with audiences, social media, writing, and, first and foremost, doing solid, good journalism.
