I am a bilingual reporter/fill in host for the Fort Myers, Florida NPR station WGCU. In addition to being a general assignment reporter, I helped launch a weekly Spanish language newscast to provide information to the local under-served agricultural community. I strive to diversify coverage in our listening area and my goal is to make public radio feel genuinely accessible and inclusive. I started my career in public radio as an intern in my hometown of Miami for WLRN.
