Currently looking for a full-time audio producer position.
I have more than four years of experience as a freelance audio producer and investigative reporter. I'm pivoting away from investigative reporting to plant roots in audio production. I love stitching together narratives from raw tape. I am comfortable using ProTools, Hindenburg and Audition.
Recently completed Ida B. Wells reporting fellowship. Feature-length investigation into sugarcane burning in South Florida published in Grist ("Fire Drill") and republished in the Miami Herald.
Lead producer of "Resettled" - a six-episode narrative podcast about the surprises, trials and triumphs of refugees resettling to Virginia. Selected as a semifinalist in Currents "Local That Works" competition.
Reporter/Producer for Radio Ambulante episodes "In The Delta" and "Don't Open the Door," and "The helicopter, the silence, the gunshot, the escape."
