More about me
I'm senior editor of National Geographic's science and history podcast, Overheard at Nat Geo. Previously I was the science and environment reporter at St. Louis Public Radio and was science/general assignment and weekend newscaster at Delaware Public Media. My work has appeared or aired on NPR, Marketplace, WHYY’s The Pulse, The New York Times, Science Friday and Scientific American. I was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, where my role model growing up was Sue the T. Rex at the Field Museum because, in my opinion, everyone should aspire to become an apex predator. *I'm currently not looking for other opportunities at the moment but always open to chatting about collaboration.*
