I'm a Washington, D.C.-based writer and editor with three years of professional experience in the journalism world. I earned her B.A. in journalism and political science from Howard University. I have words in Fashionista.com, Cosmopolitan, The FADER and Billboard, and I ultimately wants to dedicate her writing and editing abilities to the global stories of marginalized groups. I'm also interested in teaching and community engagement opportunities.
I have my own podcast that I'm currently in the process of revamping, but other than that, I'm new to the audio world. I would love the chance to sharpen by writing/editing/reporting skills for the radio/podcast format, and I'm also interested in becoming a stronger audio producer and testing out current audio programs.
