I started out as a public radio intern in upstate NY. At the time I was one of only two POC in a 50 person office. When I couldn’t afford to buy a car to continue working at the rural public station I walked to every day, I decided to take on a little more student debt and leave the US for a masters in communications in Paris. Four years later, I spend my time between NYC and Paris, producing podcasts in three languages for institutions, brands and influencers. Not many POC producers would consider or even have the opportunity to move abroad, but there are some of us in Europe, Expats of color, who are here, and would be happy to mentor young producers. I am honored to join this group and exchange with the amazing talent coming from our communities, telling stories that need to be told. I’m available for tape syncs, editorial, consulting and general production work.
