Hi there! My name is Nailah André I'm currently based in Jersey City, NJ. I have recently entered the job market and am now looking for work.
A little about me, I first fell in love with radio at my high school radio club and from that point on I was hooked! As a student I majored in journalism with a focus on radio. That was where a professor recognized my interest in storytelling and introduced me to public radio and podcasting. Now as an professional I’ve produced podcasts for a living. Pretty great!
In the past I've interned for WNYC, PBS and NPR. Most recently I spent 2+ years working full time for At Will Media as an Associate Producer. During my time at At Will I worked on narrative driven shows, chat shows and companions shows. My responsibilities on these shows included conducting research, leading interviews, editing scripts and booking studios and much more..
