My name is Tamika M. Campbell, and I'm a manager of DEI, L&D, and podcast development team member at iHeartMedia. When there is a lack of exposure between racial groups, people oftentimes rely on media stereotypes to build ideas about people outside their race. My aspiration in my new role as diversity manager is to provide better strategies and structures to diversify content creation, thereby erasing some of the racial myths.
